What Does a Pre-Shipment Inspection Cover?

A Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), also called a Final Random Inspection (FRI), is conducted when at least 80% of your order is complete and packed, ready for shipment. Our Kathmandu-based inspector visits the factory and conducts a thorough examination against your product specifications.

You receive a full photo and video-documented report within 24 hours of the visit with a clear Pass, Fail, or Conditional result. If issues are found, our report includes specific defect documentation and corrective action recommendations.
